The farm can produce with a current maximum capacity of 10 tons of fish weekly and also a nursery department that can produce thousands of fry's/ juveniles, the farm can easily be expanded.
It has 2 40kw Deisel water pumps that pumps up to 200 cubic meters of water an hour into our 1.8m ltr reservoir that feeds the tanks all by gravity. ie off grid farm.
There are also 3 dry machines that can produce up too 1500 kg's of dry fish.
(The dry machine was fabricated locally by our engineers that is an FAO design that can get potential FDA approval if processing department is set up according to FDA instructions).
